Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional On-Site Sales Manager to lead patient conversion, client retention, membership growth, and front-end sales performance at our Austin medical spa location.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury sales, aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, cosmetic dentistry, high-end fitness, or hospitality sales. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, emotionally intelligent, organized, and driven by performance metrics and relationship-building.

You will play a key role in helping prospective clients feel educated, comfortable, and excited about their treatment plans while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from consultation through follow-up.

Responsibilities

  •  Convert consultations into treatment plans and memberships 
  •  Build strong relationships with new and existing clients 
  •  Educate clients on aesthetic and wellness services, packages, and memberships 
  •  Drive revenue growth through upselling and retention strategies 
  •  Follow up with leads, consultations, and inactive clients 
  •  Coordinate closely with providers and front desk staff 
  •  Maintain a polished, luxury-level client experience 
  •  Track sales metrics, KPIs, and daily performance goals 
  •  Assist with social media engagement and promotional events when needed 
  •  Help implement systems to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction 
Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, luxury wellness, or high-end sales preferred 
  •  Proven track record in consultative sales and client conversion 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Professional appearance and demeanor 
  •  Highly organized and self-motivated 
  •  Comfortable discussing aesthetic and wellness treatment plans 
  •  Experience with CRM or med spa software is a plus 
  •  Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX
